Later in the day, the city can once again expect to be battered by strong winds.
The spell of windy weather will last until midnight and the warning for snow is in place until 10pm on Monday.
The morning snow is likely to turn into rain in Glasgow later in the afternoon.
Earlier in the week, STV's Sean Batty warned the weather system was likely to develop into a named storm.
