City centre street to close for patching works this week
A GLASGOW city centre street will close for patching works until Friday.
Glasgow City Council confirmed that Glassford Street is now closed Southbound between Ingram Street and Wilson Street for essential workers travelling into the city centre this week.
The street will be closed from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm each day with the work expected to last until Friday.
The local authority said the closure was essential to allow for repatching works to take place.
Diversions are in place on the street for key workers who are travelling through the area.
