A MAN is accused of abducting and assaulting a 71 year-old woman at her house.
Leo Mills, 20, allegedly entered uninvited into Margaret Kane’s flat in Glasgow’s Cardonald area last July.
Prosecutors claim Mills was in possession of a knife and removed the keys and locked her inside.
It is alleged Mills “detained her against her own will” and assaulted the pensioner.

Mills is said to have presented a knife at her, seized her by the body and pushed her against a wall to her injury.
Mills, also of Cardonald, pleaded not guilty today at a hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
He was not present at court when the case called.
A continued hearing date was set by Sheriff Paul Crozier for May this year.
