Scottish singer Lulu has relighted an old duet - by performing with Gary Barlow on his live-stream crooner sessions series.

The Glaswegian star, 71, took on the 1983 Elton John classic I'm Still Standing during the duet which was published on the Take That singers social media yesterday.

Lulu, whose real name is Marie McLaughlin, previously performed with Take That on the 1993 single Relight My Fire.

Gary said: "It's a shame we didn't have more fun making this (joke). It's such a pleasure to have you on the crooner sessions.

"I miss you and can't wait to be on a stage with you again...in the new world."

The songstress drew up in Glasgow's Dennistoun and is best known for hits Shout and To Sir With Love.

Gary has previously performed with singer Beverley Knight and Take That bandmate Robbie Williams in the online series which he started during lockdown.
