It's the third time in as many weeks the plane has been spotted over the city and the surrounding areas.
But, it's nothing to be worried about.
The C-17 Globemaster aircraft launched from RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire and was carrying out a training mission.
It is currently en route back down south.
RAF Brize Norton tweeted: "Today, our C-17 Globemaster aircraft will be operating in the vicinity of Jersey and Glasgow, whilst engaged in essential training.
"These are necessary, routine, flights & not connected with RAF support to the UK's fight against Coronavirus."
