In a rare sighting, singing sensation Paolo Nutini was sighted picking up a takeaway from a Glasgow restaurant.

The singer-songwriter was spotted visiting Finnieston restaurant Six by Nico on Saturday to pick up a Home by Nico kit.

Nutini has not released any new music since his 2014 album Caustic Love, but this is the second time he was sighted during the lockdown.

Fans were rejoiced to see the Paisley-born star picking up the takeaway, with one fan commenting on social media: "If it’s good enough for Paolo, looking forward to our meal I think. We will play his music tonight."
