A MAN is accused of intent to rape a 14-year-old girl and sexually assault two other teenage girls.

Paul Balarsky, 19, allegedly attacked the 14-year-old at his flat in Shawlands in August 2017.

Prosecutors claim the girl was provided with alcohol before being pushed on to a bed and Balarsky then lay on top of her.

He is then said to have kissed her on the lips before committing the sexual assault.

The charge states the assault was committed with “intent to rape.”

It is also alleged Balarsky sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl at a different house Shawlands in April 2017.

Balarsky is said to have entered her bed while drunk and lie next to her before attempting to remove his underwear and touch her on the body.

He is then said to have sexually assaulted the same girl in Pollokshields in March 2018 when she was 16.

It is claimed Balarsky lay next to the girl while she slept and committed the sexual assault.

Balarsky faces a final sexual assault charge against a 17-year-old girl in Rutherglen, South Lanarkshire, in November 2018.

Prosecutors say Balarsky entered her bed while she was asleep and committed the assault.

A hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court was postponed today and the case was dealt with administratively due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Balarsky has made no plea and remains on bail while a new hearing date is set for July this year.
