Staff at Morrison's in Newlands have been helping out in the community, by sending bags of 'goodies' to cab drivers working during lockdown.
The parcels were handed over by the supermarket staff as a thank you to drivers at Glasgow Taxis for their work during the pandemic.

Dougie McPherson, Glasgow Taxis chairman, said: "This is a brilliant gesture from our friends at Morrison's.
"Our staff have been working round the clock to make sure others are looked after so it was a lovely surprise for them to know that others were thinking of them.

"Thanks to everyone at Morrison's including store manager Jim Moir and their community champion Emma Timney.
"People do indeed make Glasgow!"
Parcels were also handed out to Hazelwood School in Bellahouston, and Hollybrook Academy near Govanhill, for pupils.
