A MAN has been arrested following a car crash and assault sent another man to hospital.
Police were called to the scene of a road crash last night.

A 39-year-old man was taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary after he was seriously assaulted at around 7.55pm on Monday.
Officers arrested a 44-year-old man in connection with the incident, which occurred on Monkland View Crescent in Bargeddie.
It is understood that the residential street was shut down as officers responded to the incident.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Police were called to a report of a disturbance on Monkland View Crescent, Bargeddie, following a road crash on the street around 7.55pm on Monday, 1 June, 2020.

"A 39-year-old man was seriously assaulted and taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
"A 44-year-old man has been arrested in connection. Enquiries are ongoing."
