A major search has been launched for a missing Castlemilk woman who has dementia.
Margaret McLean, 74, left her home in Dougrie Court around 3.20pm today. She is known to frequent the Castlemilk, Bridgeton, Parkhead and City Centre areas and usually travels by public transport.
Margaret has Dementia and has slight mobility issues.
She is described as white, 5ft 2ins in height and of medium build with shoulder-length grey hair.
She sometimes wears glasses and may be wearing navy jogging trousers, a blue top and a beige coat.
Anyone with information on Margaret’s whereabouts should contact officers through 101 quoting reference number 2731 of 2 June.
