A PORT man charged with an alleged 10-month campaign of abuse and intimidation against a woman has had his case further postponed.
James McEwan had been due to appear in court on Tuesday but a mix-up resulted in him not being brought from prison, where he is currently remanded in custody.
McEwan, 32, is indicted on allegations of engaging in a course of serious criminal behaviour against his partner, or ex-partner, between April 1 2019 and and February 6 this year.
Lawyer Derek Buchanan maintained pleas of not guilty on behalf of his client at Paisley Sheriff Court.
The case will call again at Greenock next Tuesday.
