STRATHBUNGO will be seeing some of its favourite market stalls online this Saturday, with the launch of The Strathbungo Society's newest project.
Bungo (not) in the Back Lanes will be available online this Saturday from 12-5, showcasing some of the South Side's most creative and beloved market stalls during lockdown, with products available to order online.
Attendees are being encouraged to "rasie a glass, have a dance and sing from your window" as they help to support small businesses during a difficult time.
The live stream, which can be found at bungoblog.com, will also feature music from Southside Sessions to help witht he festivites.
Jane Carolan, chair of the Strathbungo Society said: "While we can't have traditional celebrations, we can innovate and try new ways to bring Strathbungo together and recognise the fantastic talents we have in our area."
