A BOY was arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a girl in a park.
The 15-year-old boy was arrested in connection with a sexual assault against a teenage girl near to Dawsholm Park in Maryhill.

Officers are investigating reports that the 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in the North Glasgow area on Friday night.
Police are not looking for any other suspects in connection with the incident.

A police spokeswoman said: "Around 9.30pm on Friday, June 19, we received reports of a sexual assault against a 14-year-old girl in the Dawsholm Park area of Glasgow.
“A 15-year-old boy has been arrested, officers are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident. Enquiries are ongoing."
