THE Albanian President has been filmed wearing a Celtic scarf and running around a beach shouting "Hail Hail". 

In a bizarre tribute to the Parkhead side, the Celtic-daft Albanian President runs slowly towards the camera in front of a beautiful sunset.

His Excellency President Ilir Meta then says to the camera: "It's not bad to have done 26 kilometres before the sunset.

"It is not easy to be part of Celtic. Even more, for winning ten in a row. But we can. Hail hail!"

Elected to the highest office in the Southeastern European republic in 2017, Mr Meta tweets regularly about his love for the Hoops.
