A BOY was rushed to hospital after a serious assault in a park.
The 16-year-old was taken from Pollok Park to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital after cops found him with a serious facial injury.
He had been assaulted in the park's playing fields.

Officers were called to Corkerhill Road near to the entrance of the South Side park at around 10.15pm on Monday, June 15.
Detective Sergeant Pauline McGowan of Govan Police Station said: “We are still working to gather more information on the circumstances surrounding this incident. Our investigation is ongoing and we are continuing to study CCTV from the local area and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this attack to contact us.

“Anyone with information can contact Helen Street Police Station through 101 quoting reference number 4047 of June 15.
