A CITY councillor has condemned anti-social behaviour taking place at an outdoor spot in Knightswood.
SNP councillor for Garscadden and Scotstounhill, Michael Cullen, slammed the unacceptable behaviour taking place at Knightswood Park.
He informed constituents he is working closely with council officers and Police Scotland to resolve the problem.
A statement reads: "I have been made aware of the ongoing issues surrounding anti social behaviour which is having an impact on our local community.
"I can assure you that this is not acceptable I have been working with council officers and also spoke with Police Scotland again today who have advised me that they will now be deploying more resources at the times in question.
"Please continue to call 101 if you witness anything and also if you can drop me an email I will also be taking this further."
One local described the behaviour as "beyond a joke", adding that the outdoor space has been tarnished by broken glass.
