RANGERS have finalised a deal for James Graham from Ross County for £45,000.
The 16-year-old has signed a three-year deal at Ibrox and will join Graeme Murty's development side when the window officially opens.
The teenage forward, who has previously had trials at Liverpool and Manchester United, completes his move to Govan at the same time as midfielder Stephen Kelly has moved the other way.
The centre mid, who spent last season on loan at Ayr United, signed a three-year contract extension on Wednesday night before heading to the Highlands on a season-long loan.
