A 61-year-old has died after a house fire in Milngavie on Friday evening.
Firefighters and police raced to the Park Avenue address around 9.30pm.
A joint investigation between Police Scotland and Scottish Fire and Rescue is ongoing as the death is still being treated as unexplained.
There will be a report submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "A 61-year-old man has died following a fire at a house in Park Avenue, Milngavie, on Friday, 26 June, 2020.
"Emergency Services were called to the address around 9.30pm.
"A joint investigation with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service is ongoing.
"The death is currently being treated as unexplained and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
