Two people have been arrested and charged after an alleged assault in Paisley.
A man who was injured in the disturbance was hospitalised after officers raced to the scene in Seedhill Road at 2.35pm on Wednesday.
He was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital for treatment.
The force has now confirmed a woman, 38, and a man, 56, have been arrested in connection with the incident.

They are due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Friday.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "A 38-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man have been arrested and charged in connection with a disturbance in the Seedhill Road area of Paisley, which took place around 2.35pm on Wednesday, 1 July.
"They are expected to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court tomorrow (Friday, 3 July)."
