A MAN is due in court after an incident in Glasgow city centre.
Police officers said they attended Union Street at around 9.30 pm on Wednesday night.
The force added that a man, 33, was taken to the hospital to be treated for facial injuries.
Images on social media showed officers gathered on the busy city centre in the aftermath of the incident.
A force spokesman added that a man, also 33, had been arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
