A CLYDEBANK man who posted footage of a seagull trying to attack him has gone viral.

Calum Gow, from Faifley, said he 'lived in fear' of an aggressive seagull nesting in his chimney.

He shared a clip of the bird flying towards him on Twitter and it has since gone viral, with more than 21,000 people ‘liking’ it.

In the video, Calum is in his car dreading the walk to the front door of his house, with the seagull waiting on the chimney.

He’s heard saying: “This isn't funny anymore.

“Big thing is just waiting on that chimney, waiting on me to get out the motor so it can swoop down on us.

“Dafty man.”

As Calum walks toward the house, the seagull is heard squawking as it swoops down and dives towards his head.

The video was shared on Twitter with the caption: “Coronavirus has been bad and all that. But, have you had to live in fear about going into your own house because of a seagull?”
