CHRIS SUTTON has expressed his delight at the current form of Arsenal star Kieran Tierney.
The former Celtic defender has started all but one of the Gunners' fixtures since the restart of English football and his tough tackling performances have quickly made him a fan favourite at the Emirates.
Sutton watched Tierney grow as a player at Parkhead and he reckons the 23-year-old must be commended for his determination to bounce back from injury and become a regular in Mikel Arteta's side.
He wrote on Twitter: "Delighted for Kieran Tierney.
Delighted for Kieran Tierney. He arrived at Arsenal after carrying an injury for months and always needed time. The more games he plays the better he looks. If any player deserves anything from football for pure attitude, commitment and desire it’s him...
