SPECIALIST police units will patrol Drumchapel and Garscadden woods after reports of anti-social use of trail bikes.
Police said they are 'aware' of the ongoing issues in the woods both on and off the road.
According to cops, those using the trail bikes are committing road traffic offences and placing forestry staff and the public in danger.
A Police Scotland spokesman for the Glasgow North West division said: "We are aware of ongoing issues of trail bikes in Drumchapel and Garscadden woods both on and off-road.
"These people could be committing road traffic offences and are placing forestry staff and other members of the public in danger.
"Specialist Police Units are patrolling the area."
