A MAN was rushed to hospital with serious injuries following a horror car crash in Airdrie.
The 28-year-old was hurt when three motors collided in Forrest Street, just outside Clarkston Parish Church, at around 11am.
Cops rushed to the scene and shut the North Lanarkshire road down for around three hours as they probed the incident.

They say the man suffered serious but not life threatening injuries and remains in hospital.
A 36-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Police were called around 11.00am on Saturday, 25 July, 2020 following the report of a three vehicle road crash on Forrest Street, Airdrie.

"A 28-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries. The road was closed for around three hours.
"A 36-year-old man has been charged road traffic offences and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
