Two found dead in Alexander Thomson Hotel
Two people have been found dead at the Alexander Thomson Hotel this morning.
Officers received a report of concern for a person at around 7.35 am this morning as a 44-year-old woman had taken unwell.
The force confirmed her death is being treated unexplained pending the results of a post mortem.
A second death concerning a 25-year-old man is being treated as "not suspicious" as police received a report of the sudden death at 7.30am this morning.
Enquiries into both deaths are currently ongoing where reports will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
