A TOTAL of 31 people have tested positive for Coronavirus in the past 24 hours, the Scottish Government has announced.
The number of people who have tested positive for the virus has now risen to 18,627.
Eight of the 31 people were tested in the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde area bringing the total number of positive results in Glasgow to 4,994.

It's the highest daily rise since June, when 35 people tested positive, and has brought this weekend's figures to 79 cases so far - including 18 on Saturday and 30 on Friday.
There have been no new Covid-19 related deaths for the 17th day in a row, with the death toll standing at 2,491.
