A TARTAN designed especially for a Glasgow cancer charity is already being snapped up by shoppers around the world.
Models, including former footballer Robert Douglas and TV presenter Laura Boyd, displayed the new designs at assorted city landmarks and orders are already coming in from across the UK and as far afield as Australia.
Featuring the Beatson Cancer Charity corporate colours of yellow and black, the tartan has been designed and crafted in collaboration with Slanj Scotland.
Robert Douglas, who wore a specially commissioned kilt for the launch, said: “To have something as beautiful and meaningful as the Beatson-inspired tartan is fantastic. I can’t think of a more wonderful way to honour people facing cancer in Scotland.”
