A car and a bus crashed in the city centre on Sunday evening. 

Emergency services were called to Renfield Street at its junction with St Vincent Street just before 8pm. 

An investigation has been launched into the collision.

Nobody was injured in the incident but the road was closed off to all traffic last night.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Around 7.55pm on Sunday, 23 August, 2020, officers received report of a road traffic crash involving a bus and a car on Renfield Street at its junction with St Vincent Street in Glasgow.

"No-one was injured and enquiries are ongoing.”
