The body of a 37-year-old man has been recovered from the River Clyde, Police Scotland has confirmed.
Catalin Stan was reported missing from Hamilton last Tuesday.
His family have been informed, although formal identification is yet to take place.
A spokesperson said: "Police Scotland can confirm that at around noon on Monday, 7 September, 2020, the body of a man was recovered from River Clyde in Hamilton.
"Formal identification has yet to take place however the family of 37-year-old Catalin Stan, who was reported missing from Hamilton on Tuesday, 1 September 2020, has been informed."
