THE Dalmuir Knit and Natter group are happy to be reunited after a long five months apart.
Members had a recent meeting at Dalmuir Park to continue knitting creations for good causes.
Margaret Reid, who runs the group, told the Post: “We have kept ourselves busy despite not being together and keep in touch with a weekly video chat. But, we recently arranged to meet up outdoors and it was so great to see each other.

“We had plenty of space to be socially distanced and had a great catch up. The park was looking stunning, and was a great place to be, taking in the nature.”
The members knitted Poppies to raise funds for Erskine Home.
Over lockdown, they made a range of items including hearts for Covid-19 patients, theatre gowns/scrubs, face masks, hats for the homeless, and items for premature babies.
