Morrison's has reintroduced a number of measures after a rise in coronavirus cases across Scotland.

The new rules came into place on Saturday to reassure staff and customers "that Morrison's is a safe place to work and shop".

Here is what you need to know:

What measures will be reinforced?

Indoor and outdoor queueing systems have been reintroduced.

A front of store host will once again monitor customer numbers and manage outdoor queues.

Queueing arches will be reinstated to help customers move through the store quickly and safely after shopping.

Staff inside the store will help direct customers to queueing zones before checkouts.

They will also help guide customers to the correct queue for trolleys and baskets.

Glasgow Times:

What about the existing measures?

Existing measures such as hand sanitiser stations, social distance markings and protective screens will remain unchanged.

Face covering also remain mandatory for those who are not exempt under coronavirus guidance.

The new measures come as the Saturday's figures revealed 350 people tested positive for coronavirus in the highest increase in four months.
