A WOMAN accused of breaching a court non-harassment order failed to turn up at court today for her trial.
Jill Sharp, 34, was told to refrain from contact with Margaret and Steven Paton on July 16 last year at Livingston Sheriff Court.
Prosecutors claim Sharp was in the Urban Hotel in Glasgow’s Paisley Road West in January this year.

It is alleged Sharp approached Mr and Mrs Paton and contacted or attempted to contact them.
Sharp pled not guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court in January and a trial was fixed for today.
The hearing did not go ahead as her lawyer told the court she was experiencing Covid-19 symptoms and is awaiting test results.

A further trial date was set for January next year by Sheriff Patricia Pryce who ordered proof of the test to be made available.
Sharp, from Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, remains on bail meantime.
