ALMOST 100,000 Scots have been helped by The Citizens Advice network since the country was put into lockdown.
The group have revealed that 92,276 people have been offered advice since March, 23 2020, when lockdown paused jobs and closed workplaces.

Anne Lavery, deputy chief executive of Citizens Advice Scotland, said: “This data shows the absolutely staggering work Citizens Advice Bureaux are doing in local communities across the country during this crisis, helping people recognise their rights and access money they are entitled to.
“To do that while the country went through unprecedented levels of change in how we work and live our lives shows how resilient local CABs are."
Five bureaux in Glasgow have recently been saved from closure after missing out on funding from Glasgow City Council's Communities Fund.
Anne said: "It’s also vital that CABs are properly funded and protected going forward – people need them now more than ever.”
