A MAN'S body was found in the early hours of this morning in a Lanarkshire park.
Cops have launched a probe after making the grim discovery in Dunbeth Park, Coatbridge, at around 6.45am.
Officers remain on the scene, next to Coatbridge High School and Coatdyke train station, as they conduct enquiries.

There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Around 6.45am on Wednesday, 23 September, 2020, the body of a man was found in the Dunbeth Park area of Coatbridge.

"Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the death are ongoing but it is not believed to be suspicious.
"A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal."
