Scottish broadcaster and presenter Tam Cowan took on Scotland's biggest breakfast breakfast on Wednesday morning.
The breakfast, from The Ram's Head in Glasgow, comes in at a whopping 5,550 calories and anyone who finishes 'The Greedy Ram' challenge, which costs £19.95, gets the food for free.
Tam Cowan was first to step up to the plate and did not shy away from the challenge - completing it in a record time of 44 minutes and 59 seconds and got himself on the wall of fame.

Tam Cowan said:
"Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and I could eat it three times a day. I was determined not to be defeated. This just sets me up for lunch."
Mr Cowan stated that his technique included taking some of the food on to a smaller plate to make it more psycologically mamangement and leaving the smaller items, like tomatoes, until the end.

'The Greedy Ram' serves up three square sausage, four lamb links, two sausage patties, six bacon rashers, four fried eggs, five beef dripping slices of toast, three black puddings, 3 portions of haggis, four tattie scones, one fried mushroom, one portion of baked beans, five hash browns, four bits of eggy bread and four fried tomatoes.
The Ram’s Head General Manager Christopher Conway said:
"We welcome anyone who thinks they can take on Tam’s time for The Greedy Ram to claim their crown and get their face on the wall. Or if you’re just looking for delicious brunch, our new brunch menu is just the sort of scran you need to line your stomach or soak up the juices from the night before."
