THE legendary Glasgow rock band Mogwai have cancelled upcoming tour dates.
The band were due to play shows in London, Manchester and Glasgow early next year but due to safety concerns amid the coronavirus pandemic, Mogwai have decided to refund fans for their tickets.
Shows would yet not be rescheduled, the band confirmed in a statement posted to social media.

The statement reads: "The safety of fans and crew is of paramount importance and taking into consideration all the information currently available, the band deemed this could not be ensured by February."

The statement added: "New shows will be announced as soon as it is safe and previous ticket holders will be given first access to tickets."
The band also teased fans with the news they had been writing and recording new music in the last year.
