Self-isolating Glasgow students have been communicating with the outside world via signs that read "send beer".
Hundreds of students at Glasgow University been forced to self-isolate following a surge in cases of Covid-19.
Students at Murano Street Student Village have resorted to using sticky notes and signs in their windows, including some which read "students not criminals".
Glasgow University has since established a walk-in coronavirus testing centre at the halls of residence as they confirmed two "significant" clusters of the virus in two different student accommodations.
More than 600 people have been identified as being at risk after the clusters were identified at Cairncross Halls of Residence and Murano Street.
