A NUMBER of staff at an East End job centre are self-isolating following confirmed cases of Covid-19.
Health bosses moved in to deal with a small outbreak at the Shettleston building this week.
It's understood the Shettleston Road Jobcentre was deep cleaned on Monday and staff were sent home for the day.
However, it is not known how many workers contracted the virus.
One worker, who asked not to be named, said: "Workers concerned as some staff work part time and are over 60 years old and have underlying health issues.

"Management seem unconcerned."
Bosses at the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) said they could not comment on an individual branch, but moved to reassure locals they were taking all precautions to ensure the safety of staff.
A DWP spokesman said: “We take the health and safety of our staff extremely seriously and we will always take appropriate action to ensure their welfare.
“We have implemented Covid-secure measures across all our sites to make sure they comply with Scottish government guidelines.”
