Pub and bar owners dumped ice by George Square in protest of new coronavirus regulations.
Last orders came early last night as a 16-day-closure of pubs and licenced restaurants came into place at 6pm in a bid to curb coronavirus cases.
Glasgow pub bosses joined those in Edinburgh and Aberdeen by dumping ice in protest of the enforced closure.

A letter calling to protest explained: "It’s a visual representation of how many of us there are, what we are together, and is also substantial while requiring no clean-up.”
"In Glasgow, we’ve decided to go to George Square. Not to the Chambers, this isn’t a local council issue. But it is the most visible place in Glasgow to make this point."
