A MAN has been taken to hospital with serious facial injuries after being assaulted in Panmure Street.
Police taped off the street to traffic following the incident on Sunday night at around 6.20pm.
The road has since re-opened.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 6.20pm on Sunday, 11 October, 2020, to a report of an assault in the Panmure Street area of Glasgow.
“A 33-year-old man sustained serious facial injuries and was taken to hospital by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of what happened.”
