SIR Rod Stewart has revealed he "welled up" after Celtic fans created a special tribute to one of his famous songs.
Hoops supporters, including Martin Compston, filmed short clips to the tune of Sir Rod's song Hold the Line.
They were put together in a montage, with fans, young and old, dancing and singing along.
When introducing the completed video, Sir Rod said: "When I first saw this video it brought a tear to my eye. It really is beautiful.
"I'd never seen it, it was a big surprise, and we needed something like that just to get us through these troubled times.
"Hold the Line - bless all you Celtic supporters. If I was there I'd kiss you all."
What a beautiful surprise. Thank you to the @CelticFC family. I welled up when I saw it. I pray that we'll be back filling the stands one of these days, but until then we'll Hold The Line. - Sir Rod XXX https://t.co/xsRaCaAF7T
