A man has been arrested and charged after a car collided with a traffic light.
Officers were called to a road crash in Rutherglen on Thursday around 4.10pm.
A black vehicle crashed into a traffic light on Kings Park Avenue.
The two men in the car, the driver and passenger, were not injured in the incident.
A 36-year-old man was arrested and charged with alleged road traffic offences.
He was released with an order to appear at court at a later date.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Around 4.10 pm on Thursday, 15 October, 2020 police were called to a road crash in which a black car had collided with traffic lights on Kings Park Ave, Rutherglen.
"No injuries to the male driver nor the male passenger.
"A 36-year-old man has been arrested, charged and released on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date for alleged road traffic offences."
