An investigation has been launched within the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service after an employee allegedly scaled the Finnieston Crane.
Three men were arrested and charged in connection with allegedly climbing the 175ft structure on Thursday.
It is understood one of the men was a firefighter who will face his bosses over the matter.

An SFRS spokesman said: "We were made aware of an incident allegedly involving an employee at Finnieston.
"An internal investigation will be carried out.”
Cops received reports a trio had allegedly climbed the crane at 10.05pm on Thursday, October 15.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Officers in Glasgow received reports of three men on the Finnieston crane around 10.05pm on Thursday, October 15.
“Emergency services attended, all three men came down off the crane and were arrested and subsequently charged by police.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
