A NEW Indian takeaway is now operating out of Silverburn.
Jaldi Jaldi is currently trading on popular takeaway apps Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
The restaurant, which started out in Norwich, will open Monday to Sunday 11.30 am to 8.30 pm on a takeaway basis only because of current Scottish Government guidelines.
A spokeman for Jaldi Jaldi said: “Jaldi Jaldi is Hindi for ‘quickly quickly’ or ‘hurry hurry’.
“The store aims to live up to its name with a skilful team of chefs who efficiently yet carefully prepare each order so that it is delivered to your doors jaldi jaldi!
“The inspiration behind the brand came from 23-year-old brand ambassador, Yasmin Sadik’s, Indian heritage. Her grandparents are originally from Mumbai and so she wanted to share the comforting Indian dishes she’s grown up with and loved to people’s homes in an easily accessible, affordable way.”
The spokesman added: “The Jaldi Jaldi menu is simple yet delicious and is the perfect solution to satisfy your curry cravings.
“Customers can choose any curry topping, chicken or veggie based, with their choice of pilau or white rice from £7.
“Sides include mini poppadum, veggie samosas and onion bhaji.
“Jaldi Jaldi uses certified Halal Chicken in all their meat dishes and have a wide range of vegetarian options too - their vegan dish, spicy fried cauliflower, has proven to be a hit with customers already.”
Jaldi Jaldi has offers on all week including 50% off your first order and 25% of a meal in for two on Deliveroo
