A GREENOCK man has been charged with driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs.
Stephen Murray, 51, is also accused of failing without reasonable excuse to provide a sample of blood for analysis in order to ascertain his ability to drive.
Prosecutors say he committed the alleged offences at Dunlop Street and Greenock police office on October 8.
Murray, of Belville Street, pleaded not guilty at the sheriff court through lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
The case is due to call again next March.
