AN east end resident has thanked the Tele after his gutters were cleaned for the first time in a year.
Brian McSorley came to us for help after River Clyde Homes left the gutters at his home in John Wilson Street uncleared despite repeated complaints.
He'd contacted Stuart McMillan MSP and RCH to no avail but following our story on Monday the choked guttering has been addressed.
Brian said: "Men came out to put scaffolding up at 1pm on Monday and the job was finished just after 11am the next day.
"I waited for a year for it to be done.
"I'm very pleased."
