DRUNKEN vandals trashed a North Glasgow primary school playground.
The louts uprooted plants in Cadder Primary School’s grounds, left a broken bottle of Buckfast and tore down flower decorations from the school gates.
The school has urged its neighbours to report on any suspicious activity in the playground outside of school hours.
It is understood that youths have been gathering in the school’s outdoor classroom after hours and there has been a recent spike in incidents like this.
The school called out the damage on its social media channels on Monday.
They said in a tweet, with images of the destruction: “Please help us to stop this happening over weekends by reporting any out-of-school-hours visitors to playground.
“This has been reported to the police.”
Police Scotland were approached for comment.
