Fire crews were called to Clydebank yesterday evening to tackle a blaze.
Two engines were called to the scene on Lennox Drive shortly after 5pm after the alarm was raised.
Scottish Fire and Rescue have confirmed the blaze stemmed from rubbish that was set alight close to the Skypoint Community Centre hub.
Firefighters extinguished the flames and left the scene at 5.15pm.
There were no casualties as a result of the fire.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "We were alerted at 5.02pm on Wednesday, November 18 to reports of a quantity of rubbish on fire in Clydebank.
"Operations Control mobilised two appliances to the town's Lennox Drive, where firefighters extinguished the fire.
"Crews left the scene thereafter.
"There were no casualties."
