Two teenage girls have been left with serious injuries after being hit by a car in the East End.
An emergency response was called to the scene on Duke Street close to the Forge Shopping Centre at 4.35pm yesterday.
Two girls, aged 13, were taken to the Royal Hospital for Children for treatment.
Medical staff have described their injuries as serious but not life-threatening.
The road was closed off for two-and-a-half hours.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Police were called around 4.45pm on Thursday, 19 November, 2020 following the report of a car colliding with two children on Duke Street, Glasgow.
"Emergency services attended and two 13-year-old girls were taken to Royal Hospital for Children with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
"The road was closed for around two and a half hours."
