Phone lines at Port Glasgow Medical Centre are down this morning.
The issues started yesterday morning and BT Business are working to resolve them.
At the moment calls are being diverted to one mobile line, so staff at the Dubbs Road centre ask that patients who do not have an urgent enquiry hold off from calling at the moment.
Emergencies can be diverted to 999.
Receive updates on the phonelines on Twitter.
